A few observations - the concert started late as there was a dance program preceding this concert. Unfortunately, that cut short the concert and the Boston Rasikas missed out on a pallavi in Gowrimanohari. The brothers had to leave early next morning so it would have been impossible to have a marathon concert and be ready for the flight next day. Ravi presented a wonderful sketch of Varali followed by the Dikshitar Kriti Seshachala Nayaakam. Bilahari was the main piece with Sreeram Prasad starting off and Ravi Kumar giving the finishing touches. Dorakuna was a bit rushed as time was running low. The accompanists Embar Kannan & Nevyeli Narayanan were their usual supporting best.
Overall, the concert was very satisfying - I thoroughly enjoyed the concert.
