This version of the Pallavi is not easily understood. If one hears this song as sung by Balakrishna Prasad, at places, one can hear a slightly different version which goes as:
maMdAMbudhi hanumaMtA nI SaraNa maMdagiMcitimi hanumaMtA ||
O Hanuman, subduer of the ocean!(maMda+aMbudhi), we are adorned (covered) by your (nI) shelter (SaraNamu+aMdagiMcitimi)
ca|| bAlArka biMbamu Palamani paTTina AlaricEtala hanumaMtA |
O Hanuman, you are with troublesome actions (Alari cEtalu = wicked actions), like holding (paTTina) the the morning sun (bAlArka biMbamu) thinking it is a fruit (phalamu+ani)
tUlani brahmAdulacE varamulu Oli cEkonina O hanumaMtA ||
O Hanumanta, you have taken (cEkonina) boons (varamulu) in line (Oli)from Gods like Brahma and others (brahmAdulacE) who are immovable(tUlani is negative form of tUlu, to move or stagger). Oli also means dowry or money given to the bride by the maternal uncle.

O Hanuman, you showed off (alari telipitivi) your (nI) strength (satvamu) to cross the ocean (jaladhi dATa)

O Hanuman, Bravo! (bhaLi) you grew with strength (balimi perigitivi) such that the earth and the sky became one (ilayu -n-Akasamu -n-EkamugA-n-aTu)

O Hanuman, you killed playfully (Atala caMpina) MairavaNa of Patala

O Hanumanta, with folded hands(cEtulu mODcuka) you salute (golicE) SrI vEMkaTapati standing on the side (Itala).
I would like to quote Sri G Balakrishna Prasad from one of his books:
"The kirtanams of Annamacharya are lofty both from linguistic as well as imaginative points. We are not able to enjoy the full meaning of these songs as many of the words are not used at present and no dictionary is giving the appropriate meaning. And also Annamacharya has wide knowledge of different Shastras like Agama, and different languages of that time like Tamil, Kannada etc and used the words as well as style of those languages. So one has to be adept in all those languages as well as the Sampradaya of those times to be able to correctly interpret his songs. It is true that some times, Annamayya's songs are sung without knowing the correct meanings."
So, please take my effort above in that spirit. I tried to give the central Bhava of the song. The meanings and interpretation of individual words may be debatable, but they are correct as per the Sankaranarayana Dictionary.

cAMgu = (verb intransitive) to be stretched or extended, to extend, lengthen, to fall prostrate.
cAMgurE = (interj) well done, excellent.
The beauty of Alamelumanga is extraordinay and Samkirtanacharya is praising her beauty by saying "cAMgu bhaLA"
Bravo to the beautiful mother (cakkani talliki), bravo to her (tana) sugary
(cakkera) lips.

Bravo to the sharp (saLupu) glances (jUpulaku), which are pouring out of her

Bravo to her fickle or false (calamula) anger (alukaku) which is shown by her

This is a rather folksy composition, very appropriately set in the folksy pADi. Do you know if SrI annamAccAryA set it to pADI himself?
