Can anybody please provie me with teh meaning of a couple of line of lyrics in the kadanakutuhala thillana composed by Dr. Balamurali Krishna. The lyrics are as below:

vadanamadE virisenE adharamadE murisene madhura gAnambidE nAmuraLI
manOharuDadE madana kadana kutUhaluDu rammane birAna birAna birAna rAvE

vadanam adE = that is the body
virisinE = blossomed

adharam adE = that is the lip
murisinE = smiled slightly & pleasantly

(there the body that has blossomed; the lips that have smiled pleasantly;)

madhura = sweet
gaanam idE = this is the song
nA = my
murali, manohar = flute; he who overpowers the mind
(this is the sweet song. it is my murali's manohar's)

madana = cupid
kadanakutuhaluDu = ?? (kutuhalam = curiosity)
rammane = beckoned
(cupid has beckoned)

birAna = ? quickly
rAvE = come
(come quickly).
