Fifth Thureeyam Sangeetotsavam is going on at Payyanur in Kannur district of Kerala. It started on 12th July 2008 and will extend up to 20th July. N. Ramani on flute (12th), Hyderabad sisters (13), Sax-Bansuri Jugalbandhi by Kadri and Ronu Majumdar (14), T.N. Seshagopalan (15), R.K. Sreekantan (16), Gayathri gireesh (17), Sanjay Subrahmaniyam (18), Malladi Brothers (19) and Prince Rama Varma (20) will perform at the function.

Ninth Thureeyam Sangeethotsavam is taking place in Payyanur, Kerala.

It is organised by Swami Bharati. Payyanur is really blessed to have such an array of distinguished and blessed musicians participate in this years music festival.

Thanks to Swami Bharati for his efforts in organising such an event and making Payyanur a destination for annual music festival catering to the lovers of shuddha sangeetham!

14th July 2010 - Malladi Brothers - Carnatic Vocal Recital
15th July 2010 - Padmashree Kadri Gopalnath and Praveen Godkhindi - Jugalbandi - Saxophone and Flute
16th July 2010 - Pattabhirama Pandit - Carnatic Vocal Recital
17th July 2010 - Parasala Ponnammal - Carnatic Vocal Recital
18th July 2010 - Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia - Hindustani Recital - Flute
18th July 2010 - Pancha Ratna Layam.
