This piece is a composition of irayimman tanpi, svAti's maternal uncle, also known as ravivarman tanpi.

Begada was sung well, and the neraval and svarams were superb especially towards the end. Purvikalyani alapanai was very effective. I liked the devagandhari song very much.

Todi alapanai was good, neraval was begun very well and nicely done. Violinist gave good replies to the svarams. The tani, though somewhat short, was good.
