Could someone please translate and give general meaning of the Narayana Theertha's comp..

I am in possession of a copy of shri krSNa lIlAtaramgiNi authored by shri nArAyaNatIrtha, in Telugu script, printed in 1925. This song is in page 18 of that book. The full version of the song is also given in karnATik dot com. After going through the lyrics, I found minor differences. I am giving the lyrics below, corrected as per the version in my book.

Please note: I used 'm' to represent zero (anusAra) throughout. In Nagari script, this may not be acceptable. For example, Ganges is written in Telugu as gamga, where as in sanskrit, it should be written as ga'ngga, where 'ng represents the nasal sound in the ka varga, the fifth letter in the ka varga.
It may be better to use M to represent anusvAra lest it should be mistaken to be the last letter of pa varga.
