Sloka on Lord Shiva Meaning Please !!!

I need the meaning of this sloka, translate please.

trinetram chaturbhujam shAntam raktavarNam smitAnanam ||

karoTimbakapuSHpamcha dhurtUramchArkapuSHpakam |
bAlachandra kalAyukta suvikIrNajaTAdharam ||

sarpakrIDA samAyuktamapaskAropari sthitam |
dakSHiNam kunchitam pAdam vAmapAdantathoddhRtam ||

savyetu pUrvamabhayamanyam Damarukam param |
vAme tu pUrva DolAntamaparamchAgni pAtrakam ||

vAmakarNe tu patramcha dakSHiNena kRkuNDalam |
abhaye phaNisamyuktam vAmAmse'bhaya pANinam ||

evam naTesha rUpamcha dhyAtvA mantreNa pUjayet |

Here is my trial,
rasikas, please fill in the gaps and do corrections where necessary:

trinetram - three eyed
chaturbhujam - with four arms
shAntam - calm form
raktavarNam - with a reddish tint
smitAnanam - smiling face

karoTimbakapuSHpamcha dhurtUramchArkapuSHpakam - ???

bAlachandra kalAyukta - adorned with a young moon
suvikIrNajaTAdharam - one who has matted locks in his hair

sarpakrIDA samAyuktam - one who is adorned with the various movements of snakes
dakSHiNam kunchitam pAdam - one whose right leg is bent
vAmapAdantathoddhRtam - and whose left leg is raised high

savyetu - decorated
pUrvamabhayamanyam - the hand which is above the abhaya hasta Damarukam param - divine Damaru
the hand which is above the abhaya hasta is decorated with a divine Damaru

vAme tu pUrva DolAntamaparamchAgni pAtrakam
on the corresponding left hand he holds a bowl(pAtrakam)
DolAntamaparamchAgni -???

vAmakarNe tu - in the left ear
patramcha - a leaf???
dakSHiNena - and in the right
kRkuNDalam - an earing
abhaye phaNisamyuktam - the abhaya hasta is adorned with a snake
vAmAmse'bhaya pANinam - the left hand is in partly abhaya mudra???

evam - this
naTesha - naTarAja
rUpamcha - form
dhyAtvA - meditate on
mantreNa pUjayet - and worship through mantras

i know it is not very refined, but as an early stage sanskrit student i wanted to give it a try. rasikas, please do fill in the gaps.

Avnipriya, these verses describe lord naTarAja so beutifully and completely. where did you get them from?

Krishnaa - very nice translation. Some minor corrections:

savyE tu - On the left
pUrvam abhayam - the first hand shows "Abhaya mudra"
anyaM DamarukaM param - the other holds a drum
|
vAme tu - On the right
pUrva DolAntam - the first hand is swinging
aparaJcAgni pAtrakam - the other has a bowl of fire

The "patram" in the left ear refers to the palm-leaf (kAdolai) worn by married women. Since Shiva's left side is Parvati, this is so.

dhurtUra - Umatthai poo ( in Tamil)
Arka puSpakam - erukkam poo ( in Tamil)

avnipriya, I think the Hindu people may have got it wrong.. agathi is the tamizh agatthi flower.. the white one that looks like a big parrot beak.. the tree is also sesbAnia grandiflora.. try a google images search, you may see something familiar from an indian vegetable market..

The leaves of this small tree(agatthi keerai) are usually cooked on DwAdashi-s, and comprise the first meal after the fast (ha!) of ekAdashi.. the flower is also cooked into a pachadi?

Siva is famous for wearing funny flowers..

where did you get the photo from? Yes it is agatthi- normally eaten on dwadasi day-alongwith the 'nellikkai or nelli muLLi'(goosberry or amla). It is considered good to feed this agatthikeerai to a cow on dwadasi day. On vaikuNta ekAdaashi, we pay Rs.10 for 2 such sprigs here.
