Prashant, doesn't Sri Vijay Siva sing this? A lovely one, but some of the words are not clear - give me some time to see if I can unearth a version and compare the lyrics - after which I can translate it.

Prashant here is my attempt at the meaning. I am not clear about the intent in the caraNam (see my footnote). Sri Vijay Siva's version tallies closely with what Lji has posted. My translation is based off Sri Vijay Siva's:

vAngum enakku iru kai (murugA) AnAl aruLai vazhangum unakku
panniru kai vaDivElA nIla mayilErum taNikai vaLar murugA

I (enakku) have just two (iru) hands (kai) to receive (vAngum) your blessings, but (AnAl) you (unakku) have twelve (panniru) hands (kai), Oh murugA, the handsome (vaDi) spear-wielder (vElA), the presiding deity/resident (vaLar) of tiruttaNi (taNikai) who sits on (Erum) a beautiful blue (nIla) peacock (mayil), to generously bestow (vazhangum) your limitless grace (aruLai)!

tagumO oru kOTi shengai tandAlum adhikamAgumO murugA

Oh king/ruler (adhipA) of the hills (malaikku) of tiruttaNi (taNikai), who enjoys (koNDa) indestructible/permanent (tAngum) fame (pugazh)! Even if you were to give/offer (tandAlum) me countless (oru kOTi - one crore) blessings/gifts (Senk(g)ai), would it be (AgumO) excessive (adhikamAgumO) or inappropriate (tagumO), (especially since you have so many arms to use)?

Were my (en) beautiful (pun) words (mozhi) acceptable (ugandadO) to your (un) ears (Sevikku)? Did your heart (manam) melt with compassion (kanindu) when you heard (kETTu) your divine (tiru) praises (pugazhinai) [2]?

[1] The nava nidhis being referred to here are the nine precious gems/jewels/treasures from kubEra's court that are coveted by many. They include padma nidhi (lotus),
mahapadma nidhi (great lotus), Sankha nidhi (conch shell), makara nidhi (crocodile or fish), kachchhapa nidhi (tortoise), mukunda nidhi (kettle drum), ananda nidhi (joy),
nila nidhi (a dark color or blue), and kharva nidhi (dwarf). In his composition 'pArvai onrE pOdumE', Sri OVK says, 'Sankha paduma nidhi iranDum valliya tandAl enna, kaLLa pArvai onrE pOdumE', leading one to believe that in his opinion, divine grace was worth more than all the treasures of kubEra's.

pun mozhi' may mean 'many languages-pala mozhi' ;may be it can mean different words-(pun-mozhi pulavar-mens an expert in many languages)
this 'pun' as pronounced as the English word 'pun'.
'tiruppugazh' may mean aruNagirinAthar's 'tiruppugazh'.

The text in the book clearly shows that the word is pun mozhi and not pan mozhi (pronounced like english pun as punarvasu said).
