Meaning:
O! Lord! You remove the sorrow of the afflicted and do what benefits the good ones
Ajamila, the vulture, the hunter â€" Tell me who is good among these!
You made the bird fall on the way, and prorected even the courtesan!
You placed the crown on Dhruva’s head, and protected Prahlada
For the sake of devotees, you bridged the ocean and burnt the city of Lanka!
You were pleased with the little rice, got satiety with a meal of leaves!
You did not mind the half-eaten fruit, ate the sour and the sweet!
When the crocodile got hold of the elephant
When Dushshasan pulled the robe,
in the midst of the assembly, when Draupadi called Krishna! Krishna!
Immediately You , Hari, came determined to protect!
Please come to the door of Surdas, the blind beggar!

With your indulgence, here is my attempt at translating this little gem from sUrdAs...the 'all seeing man with enormous wealth':
pallavi
Dinana = helpless (individuals)
dukha = sorrows
harana = (one who) destroys
deva = Oh Lord
santana = Saintly (individuals)
hith kari = (one who) helps (or - makes good things happen)
Oh Lord who art the saviour of the good, please destroy the sorrows of the helpless.
Anupallavi
Papa = sin
harana = destroyer
bhava = worldly
bharana = burdens (this could also be bandhana)
Gautama Nari = gautama's wife (ahalyA)
gathi = (from) your gait/feet
udharana = elevated
namana = (your) name
karana = chanting
jeevana = life
bharana = all through
parama = superlatively
pavana = holy
rama charana = feet of rAma
I shall chant the holy name of Lord Rama who destroys sin and wordly burdens, and elevated/purified ahalyA with a mere touch of his feet, and spend all my life at his feet.
