I have some doubt in stavam it has been pronounced instead of tham vignastom- oh Lord of Vignam(thatassam) Adripavam-Adri means parvatham Adripavim means son of parvatha puthri- Goddes Parvathy and stavam(Tam)- tham-to that god(avarai)

vighna = broken
stoma = curved tusk
adri = Parvati
pavim = bright aspect
stAvam = standing erect (in concentration)
namAmi = I pray
gaNanAtham = leader of the ganas, Ganesha

Standing erect in concentrated attention, I pray to Sri Parvati's bright son Ganesha, the one with a broken tusk.
