1. Confirm whether the following verses are composed in saṁskr̥ta, prākr̥ta, māghadī or pāli

1. Provide a running meaning of the same.

दिट्ठि विसुद्धो नमो नमो
धम्मविहारी, मङ्गलकारी
महोपकारी नमो नमो

महातपस्सी, धम्मविपस्सी
अक्खयदस्सी नमो नमो
मग्गगवेसि, लोकहितेसि
बुद्धमहेसि नमो नमो

diṭṭhi visuddhō namō namō
dhammavihārī, maṅgalakārī
mahōpakārī namō namō

mahātapassī, dhammavipassī

I am not an expert, but seeing the तद्भवs, looks like Prakrit.

My attempt at meaning :

सील विसुद्धो Very pure in character चित्त विसुद्धो Very pure in mind
दिट्ठि विसुद्धो Very pure in outlook on life (Values)
नमो नमो I bow down to him, who has these qualities! (Buddha!)
धम्मविहारी One who moves about in Dharma field (creates Dharma waves where he goes)
मङ्गलकारी One who confers prosperity and wellbeing (by his grace)
महोपकारी Great benefactor of mankind
नमो नमो I bow down to him

महातपस्सी - the Great Sage/Ascetic
धम्मविपस्सी - the knower of Dharma
अक्खयदस्सी - the one who has seen the Indescribable Truth
नमो नमो - I bow down
मग्गगवेसि, - Wearing the mendicant robes
लोकहितेसि - the wellwisher of all life
बुद्धमहेसि - Lord Buddha
नमो नमो - I bow down
