Here is a partial song list.

nagai muralidharan on violin, srimushnam raja rao on mridangam, ?? on ghatam

kedaram - rama neepai tanaku (s) - T
arabi - nada sudarasambilanu (s) - T
kalavathi - kalavathi kalasana yuvathi (as) - MD (announced as yagapriya).
malayamarutham - karpaga manohara - PS
bilahari - slokam followed by narasimha nannu brovave (anst) - T
ananda bhairavi - slokam followed by paluke bangaramaayana - Bhadrachalam Ramadas

Bilahari alapana was quite extensive. One thing though I noted is that, the bros played swaras for the first 3 of the items. I felt it could have been better if swaras were eschewed for the arabi piece. Just too much swaras to my liking :-(

Dashed to this one after Vijay Siva @ KGS. IMO, both of the concerts were ok but not immensely satisfying.

But I've heard them rendering this song on numerous occasions, n during earlier "seasons"... Once with AlApana n swaras... One of their standard Tamil songs...

Thanks for helping me out with your brief review, just helps me a lot.I like my home ground sabha , that too it helps a lot if they start at 7pm plus , I was late did only hear the second half of swaras. To me the brothers were very balanced in their concert . They adopt a different strategy when compared to say Ranjani and gAyathri , they take few krithis or rAgas where one brother sings more and the other sings less and then vice versa.

Sriram (the taller brother I think??), who has his voice comparable to the doyen nedunAri gAru was charging more till befor bilahari. I loved their arAbi that too with Srimushnam's topping .Their YAgApriyA alApana was excellent to me . Their rendition of shivan's malayamArutham was just ok.

Ravi sang the bilahari , his voice is little more nasal , I personally felt he could not sing that great today , usually he his much better. The bilahari alApana was very detailed , I did notice few ArAbi piDI's in his bilahari rendition. The neraval was in the same pallavi line.TukkadAs were all excellent , with the Anandha bhairavi rendition the pick of the day.

Few no's that you missed which I will also going to goof up as my ballpen refill got over
7.telisitE mOkshamu - hamsanAdam - AC tuned by their guru which was just ok.
9A . slOkham "shree raghurAma chAru tulasi dhala rAmA" - Anandabhairavi - ???
paluke bangaramaayana - Bhadrachalam Ramadas

10 NahirE - kalAvathi - sadA shiva brahmendra --> not sure of the lines and was excellent, despite kalAvathi which is very close to valaci and despite brothers singing malayamarutham before , perhaps they could have avoided the overlap
11. patiki hAratIrE- suruTi -T

To me the best performer was Srimushnam rAja Rao's anticipation and his strokeful innings in the play, he was brilliant .nAgai muralidharan was excellent that too his bilahari play was the best. EM subramaniam's was the ghatam artist he saved most of his energy towards tani, was idling a lot in the krithi(infact srimushnam had to play for him too??).Their tani was not as best as their play.

Overall a very good concert.

A good concert with good accompaniments. Especially the ''Kalavathy" piece and Bilahari. The duo are adopting different approach than the prevalent ones. It was different that they chose to sing swaras for first three items. Nagai Murali though not in top form, gave fitting reply to the brothers. Srimushnam was as usual lifting the concert to greater heights. His nadham combined with left was a real sukhanubavam. EMS was a faithful follower.

Not exactly sure which verse they sang before the bilahari piece. But my guess is it is from Sri Lakshmi Nrsimha Karavalambam.
