AIR station FM GOLD

sometime back FM Gold used to broadcast carnatic music concert from 7.25 am to 8.30 am. we also used to have a concert in Madras AIR 1 at 8.45am. So once can hear carnatic music practically from 7.25am to about 9.45 am. recently FM Gold started some news review programme in Hindi and English from 7.30 am to 8.30 am and an half an hour concert at 8.30 am. This clashes with the Madras 1i concert timing of 8.45am. what is the earthly use of Hindi(and also English ) news reviews in FM gold which is specially for residents of Chennai and around. This is a retrograde step by AIR. AIR also should coordinate their programmes intelligently. Can the higher officers of AIR look into this and also Chennai members of parliament and Tamilnadu legislature bring up this question with Prasar Bharathi and also even with Ministry of Information and Broadcasting. The special concerts at 7am in FM GOLD only during music season may be welcome but the problem above is all the year around;.
