An excellent concert! There were many highlights including Krishnan's swaras for saranga built using the NDPM pattern of the pallavi, Viji's begada alapana, the kuraippu played during the swaras for pakkala (with a lot of "vishayam") and the rendering of the beautiful thyagaraja composition in kantamani which is rarely played nowadays. But, my pick of the concert was the RTP. The ease in which they presented the RTP in bhavani (a panchama varja janyam of bhavapriya) and in an unusual time cycle belied its complexity. The ragam, which was shared by the duo was just beautifully played, each of them picked another ragam and played a small neraval and then swaras in that ragam. They were well supported by mannargudi easwaran and karthik on the ghatam. Their thani was built on the swara pattern for "manasuna" and was well executed.

I think the pallavi line was "Paramukam yaenayya parpugzhal vaellaiya" starting 4 beats after the samam (in tisra nadai), Viji sang the lines to illustrate the pallavi. I have heard bhavani only once before (a composition rendered by sri S Ramanathan), it is a beautiful ragam and deserves more attention.
