Another fantastic concert, as usual, by the brothers. The understanding and coordination with which they play together is just amazing. They were well supported by Sri Bhaktavatsalam and Subramanyam. The RTP in Bagesri they played on the request of Sri Bhaktavatsalam was very good. They also presented a rather rare kriti of Sri Thyagaraja in the ragam Kanthamani.

Anything special about the brothers bhAgeshri,one usually may ask a bhAgeshri tukkadA , asking RTP in bhAgeshri is pushing my curiosity to be little too intense.

they were planning to play an RTP anyway when Bhakthavatsalam asked them. So he then requested them to play bagesri. There was nothing very special about it apart from the fact that it was rendered beautifully.
