can anybody say how to uploaded photos in this forum

Please upload the photos to a photo site such as tinypic.com.

Once the photo is loaded, there will be one link per foto provided by this site itself. Example: http://i34.tinypic.com/t4vaz5.jpg
which is prefixed by [img]and%20suffixed%20by[/img]

Copy and paste these links to your posting.

Simple, isn't it?
