I was there in Tatvaloka for two krithis on Aboghi and Kamas for his concert and with little knowledge of my music could say that his handling of the instrument is really good and kudos to Tatvaloka and Carnatica for a great ambience in the hall. The audio was of excellent quality.

I am sure after getting blessing from great sharma ji he is in for a great future.

I stay in Chennai on Sunday too. If you are in Chennai try to contact my mobile No.9908822992. If possible I would like to speak to your kid in person at Chennai. amsharma
For those of you who can spare some time, you can catch a solo performance again on Dec 23 from 4-6:30pm at SRi Ragam Fine Arts, Maharastra Nivas, Alwarpet.
For those of you who would like to see him accompany, you can catch him on Dec 26 at Mylapore Fine Arts again at 12pm.

Hope to see fellow rasika members. Not sure if the meeting on 24th is still there at Narada Gana Sabha. Will be coming there and hopefully I can meet a few of you.

Dear Smt Suma,

It was nice meeting you ydy at Vani Mahal where Sandeep was accompanying Ms Arti Suresh. Sandeep was very good, also as an accompanying artist giving great support to the main artist. I presume Sandeep does more of solo concerts. It is really difficult to justify doing both at this age and i wish him all the very best for a great future.

Congrats on winning an award, but I presume this award is not Yuva Kala Bharati...right?

I don't think it is The Yuva Kala Bharathy award as the list of those announced shows that they are much more accomplished and experienced. If I remember right the first NRI to be conferred with that title few years ago was Rohan Krishnamurthy from USA. Please clarify the award and in any case best wishes.
