Can somebody please provide a very simple and lucid explanation of the Srimadh Bahgawatham (free download/reading links) which can be used to read and understand the same for beginners.

Thank you but i am finding this very very technical. I tried reading this but did not find it like a story- this.. this is just too high !!! Something more elementary would be better for me ! Pl help. Even some lecture demonstration document or some explanation of the same in a book (abriged) will do.
