Can anyone post the lyrics for dasavathara mangalam by Purandara dasar?

The version I learnt is as follows:

mukutake mangalam matsyavatharagE
mukhakhe mangalam muthu koormanigE

sukaNTake mangalam sUkara rUpagE
nakhake mangalam narasinganigE

vakshake mangalam vaTuvAmananigE
pakshake mangalam parashurAmanigE

Kakshake mangalam kAkutsta ramagE
kukshike mangalam shri krishnanigE

urugalige mangalam utthama boudhakE
charaNake mangalam cheluva kalkigE

Pari pari rUpage paramanandagE
purandara vitalage jaya mangalam(3)

The CCarnatica brothers sing this very often - I would suggest you start by searching the sangeethapriya site...

Grammatically the word mangaLam in each line should read mangaLa - except in the last line where both jaya mangaLa or jaya mangaLam are acceptable forms.


There are more than one dashAvatAra mangaLa of Purandara dAsa.
