I beg to differ from the meaning as given above.
The lyrics are
ulagellAm uNarndu OdaRku ariyavan- He is the one, to understand and pray to WHOM , is difficult for the whole world (the word is 'ariyavan' meaning difficult or rare and not 'aRiyavan' as explained above)
nilavulAviya nIrmali vENiyan- who has the (crescent )moon and the waterbody(ganges)
on his locks.( it is not nirmali mEniyan as explained above)

alagil jOtiyan ambalattADuvAn- whose splendour is immeasurable, and who dances in the cosmos(ambalam). The word is 'alagil' and not 'azhagil'.

malar silambaDi vAzhtti vaNanguvAm- let us praise and pray at his flower like feet adorned with anklets.
The tamizh text is given for those who can read it.
Since it was requested for dance, I thought I will give the correct meaning.

Nice & Wonderful Sir! But what is the meaning of "alagil" ? Is it "alagu" a measure.

I think 'alaku' means 'aLavu' alaku+il=alakil-'aLavillAda'-meaning that which can not be measured.
It is alakil jOtiyAn and not alagil jOtiyAn.

Your meaning to the first two lines makes sense.
