It was a good concert. All pieces were rendered very well. Liked the Saveri Alapanai. The violinist was very good here. Durusuga is one Krithi that I have liked ever since the first time I listened to it years ago in a commercial recording by OST. The Mahuri Krithi of Dikshithar was soothing. The main Kalyani had a good round of Swarams. The Tani was elaborate and had some nice patterns. The Sindubhairavi rounded up a fine concert. The accompanists provided able support.
