Can some one help me with the meaning of this dhyAnam:

kailAsAchala sannibham trinayanam
panjjAsyamambhAyutam
nIlagrIvamahIsabhUshaNadharam
vyagratvachA prAvrtam
akshasragvarakaNDikAbhayakaram
chAndrI kalAm bhibratam
gangAmbhOvilasajjaTam dasabhujam
vandE mahEsam param

vandE - I worship
mahEsam param - the great lord Shiva
kailAsAchala sannibham - who resembles the Kailasa mountain,
trinayanam - is three-eyed,
pancAsyam - is five-faced,
ambAyutam - is accompanied by Mother Parvati (Amba),
nIlagrIvam - is blue-throated,
ahIsabhUshaNadharam - wears the king of snakes as ornament
vyagratvachA prAvrtam - is wrapped in tiger-skin,
akshasragvarakaNDikAbhayakaram - has in his hands a Japamala, a water-jug, and abhaya-varada mudras,
chAndrI kalAm bhibratam - wears the moon's crescent
gangAmbhOvilasajjaTam - has matted hair glistening with the waters of Ganga,
dasabhujam - and has 10 arms

can aksha srag vara kanTHika mean wearing rudraaksha maala and a valuable neck-piece

Gowri, since it is part of the compound word ending in "karam" it would refer to things he holds in his hands. If it were ending in "dharam" then this other interpretation would be possible.

This is a dyAnam just before commencement of chanting Rudram and Chamakam.
