I believe these youngsters will make it BIG in the near future with there extraordinarily Outstanding Talent.
From past December Season Concerts and other Live Performances , I have in mind a few of those "little greats" who show great potential for their young age!

Unwinding of Time only matters.

Young Flautist Sruthi Sagar J.B.and Young Violinist Athira Krishna.L has caught me manytimes out of the blue with their stunning concerts. If you close your eyes ,its very hard to face the fact that they are youngsters .They have the cutting edge precise control over their instruments which makes them sound too professional and unique for their age.

Both of them have unique styles of rendition ,with amazing control over the instrument.
As I have heard ,they have also won many an appreciation from the giants and veterans of our Carnatic Music.

For me ,an ardent listener of Instrumental Music , Athira and Sruthi have a very Bright Future .

If we have giants like Mali, TN.Rajarathinam pillai,Doraiswamy Iyengar ,Palghat Mani Iyer,Lalgudi Jayaraman,M.S.Gopalakrishnan etc who gave definition to their instruments ,I believe the future is equally safe in these youngster's hands who will redefine their instruments.

NB:I am trying to find out little greats in the making on Veena and Nadaswaram as well!

Athira has a strong laya sense which adds more value to her presentations.

Aishwarya Venkataraman, young violinist, is also very good (have heard her in person)-- really limpid bowing, strong sense of laya as well, good shruti.

Sandeep Bharadwaj on the violin as well has solid bowing and a great sense of laya.

If there are little greats on the nAdaswaram, I'd love to hear them or even hear OF them!

But what about their website? They can't be THAT good if they don't have their own website already?

Oh yes, J B Sruthi Sagar is extremely good!

There are many very talented youngsters for violin too, but somehow I have a block: I'm very biased in favour of Narayana Iyer's bani. :|

Parents doing the KID'S website?????

What is this, now-a-days, with technology as easy at it is, the kids themselves should be able to make their own websites easily.

Tsk tsk tsk..... Kids are so spoiled these days :(

I've listened to a commercial recording of Athira Krishna. Didn't like it.
