Can anybody post the above song from any of his concerts?. H e used to mesmerise the audience wirh astonishing new sangathis, neravals etc. My wife and myself are very sadly reminded of Smt. Vatsala, beloved sister of Ramaraj, whom Goddess Saraswathi beckoned her to be her asthana vidwan from this ungrateful world at an early age .Vatsala was a disciple of Nedunoori. she used to sing it exactly like her guru. we used to ask her to sing it , whenever we met her. gobilalitha

Dear GBL,Thankas for Your mention about my sister VATHSALA, actuqlly knidled my emoition for a while and reminded me of the olden days when both myself and Vathsala used to PRACTICE whatever our revered gutuji NEDHUNURI TAUGHT, with a spirit of competition and cherish the nuances of his VIDWATH to the maximum level possible. And it is a heart rending situation when one is reminded of the tragic end of her (succumbing to a (FIRE ) accident on 8.12.1973 which besides snatching away from us a blossoming artist but also inflicted an indelible scar and disfigurattion to the right side of my body. Unfortunately I did'nt have any recording of her renditions.
Thank you,
KR

Ramraj sir: I believe it was Vatsala who rekindled your spirit and you entered into vageyakara phase; am I right?

Yes Sri vKR, u R right My sister emulated the PAANi of shri Nedunuri garu. And it took a long time for me to recover from the shock.I felt to have lost everything once and for all.But my inherent urge and flair for crearting compositions got redoubled and I have been contributing for the cause Divine music and
dedicating to the music field in whatever I can till date.OurFORUM and it's affectionate members serve
in no certain manner towards the motivation of the same.AS OF NOW.
