Tell us something about your techniques (since gamakams cannot be done on the Harmonica) so that we can encourage our youngsters who naturally like to play Harmonica....

Thank you Lakshman and cmlover. :)
I shall upload the VDO recording of the concert shortly. That should explain the techniques better.

Please use text posts to describe your techniques and the instrument. We are not all capable of analyzing video; and it will be nice to have a discussion in this forum about the harmonica and your observations.

Why is it so high pitched? I feel it would sound a lot better at a lower pitch.

Nice job! I am impressed.

A question: Am I right that "full continuity between two pitch points" may not be possible with this instrument i.e. you are perhaps transitioning between two notes quick enough with some volume/intensity modulation (e.g. to give emphasis to some portions relative to other - which i think is very important)? But still the raga flavor comes through fairly well. Great job.

hamsadhwaniteju, it will be nice if you can discuss your experiences on this forum, and not simply post announcements and links. Stay a while and chat! And answer some of the posted questions above.
