nartanam SeyyEnO

Place to go if you want to ask someone identify raga, tala, composer etc or ask for sāhitya (lyrics) or notations or translations.

Can someone post the lyrics of this composition of Kavi Yogi, Sri Suddhananda Bharati?

Thanks.

Gosh, I very vaguely remember this song. I learnt it some 15 years ago (without lyrics!), and was told it was in Shankarabharanam, while I on the other hand would insist it was another raga. In any case, I hope this is not incomprehensible as it is all I can remember. Of course, corrections welcome as always - and I trust hope someone can help make it meaningful (both in transliteration, and translation), if possible. :)

Narthanam Seyyeno O Dhivya
Naamathai Paadi Shivakaamathai Naadi

Sapthaswarangalum Dhasavitha Kamakamum
Thaalamum Porunthiya Jathi mithi Thuthithe

Angam Anaithumun Anbu Muthiraikaata
Yaal Kulal Mathalam Aanandhamoota
Shankara Om Satchithaanandha Om Yenna
Thaavi En Aaviyin [] Rasam Kaati

[] is a word like Paavamum or Paavana...I really cannot remember, sorry! :(

Vocalist,
I haven't heard this song before.

nardanam SeyyEnO? --O divya
nAmattaip pADi, SivakAmanai nADi (nardanam)

sapta svarangaLum daSa vida gamakamum
tALamum porundiya jati madi tudittE (nardanam)

angam anaittum un anbu muddirai kATTa
yAzh kuzhal maddaLam Anandam UTTa
Sankara OM saccidAnanda OM ena
tAvi en Aviyin bAva (?) rasam kATTi (nardanam)

Ravi might help with the meaning+ dance related subtle points.

madi tudittE (meditating upon) seems to fit.
bAva rasam more like it than pAva or pAvana rasam
