Few points
========
decent concert, well supported by the accompanists.
nice set of swaras for items 2 and 3.
durusuga was sung in 1 kaLai as opposed to 2 kaLai,
the nagaswaravali song was OK, Nisha mixed up the words maruga and muruga a few times. Who is the composer?
swaras in kalyANi were 3 after samam in a 14 beat mishra chApu cycle, nice korvai by her, goo dtani Avaratanam too.
raga alapana for the pallavi had few slips - a bad voice is probably the reason, the pallavi was nice in structure. started 1 aksharam before samam, arudi after the first laghu at the syllable 'jE' of nenjE. I could not take down much more abut the pallavi. the bhavapriya swaras were a little 'searching' for raga bhavam. Violinist response was better. Somehow I felt that the raga alapana for the pallavi was a let down and as a personal opinion choice of this raga, was not the best, since there was quite a struggle. It seemed that she was searching for the raga unlike sAvEri or kalyANi which came effortlessly.
chandrakauns after k dEvagAndhAri was not a great choice IMHO.
I had to leave as the rEvati piece started.
