Here you go - the lyrics are from the repository of sivan's compositions.

pallavi
dEvI SrI mInalOcanI ambA dInarakshaKI ten maduraikk(u)adhi (dEvI...)

Oh dEvi! mInAkshI (mInalOcanI)! Oh mother (ambA) who protects (rakshakI) the destitute (dIna)! The dEvi who is the ruler (adhi) of the southern (ten) city of madurai (maduraikku).

anupallavi
bhUvil AlavAy aranum mAlkoL

madhayamakAla
pugazh muttamizh mozhi mazhalai pazhagi tavazhum kuzavi yena vaLar (dEvI...)

You are the one who is loved by (mAlkoL) by everyone in this world (bhUvil) including Siva (aranum), who resides in madurai (AlavAy). You are the one who flourishes (vaLar) as (yena) the little one (kuzavi) who crawls (tavazhum) around, indulging in (mozhi pazhagum) baby talk (mazhalai) while supporting the famed (pugazh) muttamizh [1].

caraNam
annaiyE malayadhvajan Inra tanayE
yenai AL dayainidhiyE
ninnaiyE SaraNamena nambinEnE
nityakalyANi yAn unad(u)aDimai (dEvI...)

Oh mother (annaiyE)! The daughter (tanyE) brought forth (Inra) by the pANDyan king malayadhvajan, the repository (nidhiyE) of compassion (dayai) who rules (AL) me! I have believed (nambinEnE) that (ena) you alone (ninnaiyE) are my refuge (SaraNam), Oh ever (nitya) auspicious (kalyANi) one! I (yAn) am your (unadu) slave (aDimai)!

FOOTNOTE
[1] muttamizh is iyal, iSai, nATakam - literature, music, and dramaturgy - the three forms by which tamizh was spread in the days of the pANDyan supremacy - it is believed that during the height of the golden age of the tamizh Sangam, the 'tank of the golden lotus' (poTRAmarai kuLam) in the temple served as the arbiter for works in tamizh - palm leaves inscribed with the work would be thrown into the pond, and if found to be of excellent caliber, would float to the top. mInAkshi and sundarapANDiyan (Siva) are considered to be the legendary patrons of tamizh - here I think Sri PS is indicating that even when she was lisping baby talk, she was supporting muttamizh. Typically, mInAkshi is represented as an amalgam of the innocence of a child, the majesty of a queen, and the divinity of a goddess.
