Is it just me or did anybody else notice the strange choice of Muruga (assuming she sang Muruga Muruga in Misra Chapu talam) as the main piece? It is NOT a composition of Papanasam Sivan, but that of Periyasami Tooran. One would think that this concert was supposed to be an exclusive Papanasam Sivan compositions concert. Suresh, can you clarify?

There is a krithi by Papanasam Sivan in Saveri/Adi "Muruga Muzhumathi". Perhaps this is the one that was sung.

The more popular Muruga Muruga is by Periyasami thooran
