Special duet concert on 15th August at Chennai

Dear All

On behalf of Sangeethapriya.org , a special concert has been planned ,
featuring Injikkudi Subramaniam on the Nadaswaram and Dr. M.Narmadha on the
violin , to be held on 15th August , 6 PM at Raga Sudha Hall, Mylapore.

Congragulations to Sangeethapriya.org for INNOVATIVE as well as interesting concerts by VERY talented artists. Its good to notice that there are organisations outside of the usual Sabhas which are carrying opn the great traditions of Sabhas &Secretaries like Asthika Samajam Narasimhan & Nadopasana Srinivasan which have become a rarity due to overpowering resources of the so called famous sabhas in Chennai. I fully agree. It is going to be very interesting considering the gamakam & bruga capabilities of both Injikkudi and Dr M Narmadha . I am sure it is going to be an unique jugalbandi of equal talent.

Can anyone let me know whether they are going to play carnatic-carnatic or carnatic-hindustani ??
