Neelima, some of the words you've transcribed do not make sense, so can not be translated as is. I have another of Madurai Sri Muralidharan's tillAnAs in candrakauns (Nrityopasana CD 17), but the caraNasAhityam is very different. If you can share the tillAnA you have, I can help with the words and meaning.

Here you go;
caraNa sAhityam
iNai illAda nalinba vELaiyil
iniya gAnam kuzhal Udum
tuNaivanE tUmaNi vaNNanE
unayE eNNinEn aruL tara varuvAi
My companion (tuNaivanE)! Oh Lord with the complexion (vaNNanE) of an immaculate (tU) emerald (maNi) who plays (Udum) sweet (iniya) music (gAnam) on his flute (kuzhal) at an incomparable/unequalled (iNai illAda) time (vELayil) that is both auspicious (nal) and happy (inba), I have thought (eNNinEnE) only of you (unayE)! (I hope) you will come (varuvAi) to bless (aruL tara) me!
