Notation for varnam in kamala manohari

Dear lakshman sir,
I had requested you for the sahitya of the varnam in kamalamanohari varaveena. I got it and gave it to my teacher who knows the pallavi but cannot recollect the anupallavi. May I kindly request you to give me the swara sahitya ( notation) for the pallavi and anupallavi please.
