A brief review/ report of the excellent concert. Duration of the concert is 2Hrs and 45mts
Concert started with a neat presentation of Reethi gowla raga’s Atta Thala Varnam in 2 speeds. Then well knit swara for purandara dasa‘s composition Jaya jaya jaya Janaki kantha in Raga Natai, Kanda chapu thala. Teliya leru Rama in Dhenuka again interesting swara pattern sa ri ga ma Teliya leru Rama. An excellent raga rendition of Yedukula Kambodhi replete with bhavam by Ganesh followed by keerthana Diwakara. Next in the raga salaga bhiravi a purandara dasa devaranama with nice swara prasthra. Main Item of the concert is RT P. in the raga Rishabapriya. K N S sang raga and thana which was full of essence of raga bhavam. Ganesh sang good thanam in raga’s Sahana and Dwijavanthi.
