I have this virutham sung by GNB (from Music Today's SK series CD)

vyadhasyacaranam dhruvasya ca vayo vidya gajendrasya ka
kubjayah kim u nama rupam adhikam kim sudamno dhanam
vamsah ko vidurasya yadava-pater ugrasya kim paurusham
bhaktya tushyati kevalam na ca gunair bhakti-priyo madhavah (GNB sings as srI pathih:)

vyadhasya-of the hunter named Dharma; acaranam-pious activities; dhruvasya-of Dhruva Maharaja; ca-and; vayah-mature age; vidya-knowledge; gajendrasya-of Gajendra; ka-what?; kubjayah-of Kubja; kim u nama-how much more; rupam-beauty; adhikam-great; kim-what; tat-that; sudamnah-of Sudama Vipra; dhanam-wealth; vamsah-good family; kah-what; vidurasya-of Vidura; yadava-of the Yadu dynasty; pateh-of the king; ugrasya-of Ugrasena; kim-what; paurusham-prowesss; bhaktya-by devotional service; tushyati-is pleased; kevalam-only; na-not; ca-and; gunaih-by material qualifications; bhakti-of devotional; priyah-fond; madhavah-Lord Madhava.

Where were the hunter Dharma's piety, Dhruva's maturity, and Gajendra's knowledge? Where was Kubja's beauty? Where was Sudama's wealth? Where was Vidura's noble birth? Where was Ugrasena's chivalrous strength? Lord Madhava is pleased only by devotional service and not by material qualifications. -Sri Dakshinatya

If you have heard this virutham: The first ragam is ananda bhairavi and the last is yadukula kambhoji. What is the one in the middle?

thanks.

The version available with me is slightly diffrent. This is the dhyana sloka of shrimad bhagavatam.

Vyadhasya Acharanam Dhruvasyacha Vayah Vidya Gajendrasya ka
Ka-jatir Vidhurasya Yadavapateh Ugrasya Kim Pourusham
Kubjayah Kamaniya Rupam Adihikam Kimtat Sudhamno Dhanam
Bhaktya Tushyati Kevalam Natu Gunaih, .Bhaktipriyah Sripatih..

Meaning:
as for the hunter (Vyadha) what Achara or religious course of conduct had he?
For Dhruva, what was his age?
For the elephant Gajendra, what education or degrees and titles had he?
Had Vidura favourite of Krishna any qualification in respect of caste? He was the son of a slave or dancing girl.
For the king of Yadavas called Ugrasena, who was favoured by Krishna what manliness had he? [He was a great coward]
Fur Kubja also was favoured by Krishna, had she any great beauty? She was deformed in person.
For Sudhama, known as Kuchela who also was favoured by Krishna, had he any wealth?

vyädhasya-of the hunter named Dharma; acaraëam-pious activities; dhruvasya-of Dhruva Mahäräja; ca-and; vayaù-mature age; vidyä-knowledge; gajendrasya-of Gajendra; kä-what?; kubjäyäù-of Kubjä; kim u näma-how much more; rüpam-beauty; adhikam-great; kim-what; tat-that; sudämnaù-of Sudämä Vipra; dhanam-wealth; vaàçaù-good family; kaù-what; vidurasya-of Vidura; yädava-of the Yadu dynasty; pateù-of the king; ugrasya-of Ugrasena; kim-what; pauruñam-prowesss; bhaktyä-by devotional service; tuñyati-is pleased; kevalam-only; na-not; ca-and; guëaiù-by material qualifications; bhakti-of devotional; priyaù-fond; mädhavaù-Lord Mädhava.

Where were the hunter Dharma's piety, Dhruva's maturity, and Gajendra's knowledge? Where was Kubjä's beauty? Where was Sudämä's wealth? Where was Vidura's noble birth? Where was Ugrasena's chivalrous strength? Lord Mädhava is pleased only by devotional service and not by material qualifications.

I will listen again carefully and check if GNB sings as in your post. Likely, as it matches the "sripatih:"

thanks
