here is my trial, i have made some corrections with the lyrics:

bAjE rE muraliyA bAjE
adhar dharE mOhan murali par hOT pE mAyA birAjE
The flute(muraliyA) is asound(bAjE)! kRSNa (mOhan) places(dhare) his lower lip(adhara) on the(par) flute(murali) & enchantment(mAyA) resides(birAjE) on his lips(hOTH)

hare hare bAs kI banI muraliyA marama marama kO chhuyE anguriyA
cancala catura anguriyA jis par kanaka mundariyA sAje
the flute(muraliyA) is made(banI) of(kI) fresh green(hare hare) bAs(bamboo stick), his fingers(anguriyA) are touching(chhuyE) evry small point(marama marama)
[this paragraph is very specific and scientific. marama marama means that as he plays the flute, he does not miss any tAla or rhythm and also the deepest parts of the devotees' hearts are being touched]

pIlI mundari anguri shyAm mundari par rAdhE nAm
Akar dEkhe sunE madhur svar rAdhA gOrI lAjE
on his finger(anguri) the is a golden(pIlI) ring(mundari), and on(par) the ring(mundari) is srImatI rAdhA's (rAdhe) name(nAm). As she comes(Akar), looks(dekhe) and listens(sunE) to the melody of his flute, the fair(gOrI) rAdhArAnI shrinks into herself wih shyness.

bhUl gayI rAdhA bharI gagariyA bhUl gayE gOdhan kO sAvariyA
jAnE na jAnE kE jO jAnE ag jaga lAje
As SrI rAdhA forgets(bhUl gayI) her filled(bhari) pot{vessel}(gagariyA), srI kRSNa(sAvariyA) forgets(bhUl gaye) his cows(gOdhan)

Please give me sometime to confirm the last line.
The piece is very specific and indeed baeutiful, i really love this song from since i was a child.

I just realised that i have missed out one line in the translation:

cancala catura anguriyA jis par kanaka mundariyA sAje
The intelligent(catura) and unstable(cancala) finger(anguriyA), on which(jis par), a golden(kanaka) ring(mudariyA) glamours(sAje)...

it has been a long time, but i didnt want to just leave it once i realised that I've missed a line. Sorry about this... :)

Krishnaa - in this context, I think cancal means nimble/constantly moving (as in 'while playing the murli') and not unstable.
