Uma and Sri Nageshwaran, thank you for the wonderful review. It is also very interesting to note that he has not only imparted musical knowledge to his sishyas but also groomed them to be simple, modest and musically enriched "human beings". Hats off to the Great Master! Undoubtedly, one of a kind!

NSG music should be listened very carefully. His delivery looks light but all nuances will be there.
I have heard him on Jaya TV many times and in live once. AArpaatam illatha oru music.

Did any one of you sit through the concerts that started on 21 afternoon and went on till 22 night concluding with the Chinmaya sisters' rendition?

As most of us are amateurs or budding/fledgling artistes, it will be nice if somebody who participated gave a feedback about the concerts that touched their hearts.

The talented Smt. Hemamalini, one of the students of Sri NSG who sang at the function, taught me the malayamAruta song a few years ago, and it is a very enjoyable and tranquil piece.
