Carnatica brothers gave a very pleasing and promising performance !!
Kalyani varnam brightened the evening and proved to be a good start. The mandari krithi was dedicated to GNB on the occassion of his centenary !
Ganesh came up with a very melodious Begada raga alapanai. Madyamavathi raga alapanai by Shashikiran was simply superb !
The thani avardanam by Easwaran sir and Vasan sir had interesting exchanges.
Gangadeeshwaram....was an emotion packed piece with a lot of dynamics.
They ended the concert with the thillana ... a very brisk one... apt finishing item for the concert.
This concert makes it very evident that the brothers are all set to give high quality performances through the season...should watch out for them !!
