Hi

Has anybody purchased the Nattuvangam cd which has been released recently. How do you find it? I would like to learn Nattuvangam from the cd. do you think it would be helpful and i could learn from the cd? Pls. reply.

Hi

The Nattuvangam cd released by Guru Seetharama Sharma. I do not know of any other cd available for Nattuvangam. Is there anything else available? Has anybody purchased the cd released by Guru Seetharama Sharma.

Yes it's on the market from today.

You can get the regular edition or the ultra deluxe edition which comes in a golden box and is signed by Seetharama himself and has not only the nattuvangam dvd but comes with a set of thalams, made of the finest metals as was done in the olden days.

thanks. how is the cd? is it good for the beginners and do we get to learn from the cd.

any idea how much it is in indian currency the one that you mentioned with the thalam.

Hi,

I enquired and it seems that the ultra deluxe edition is the hit of this dance season and is sold out at the moment.
They have ordered the golden box and thalams from China and as soon as that has been delivered the ultra deluxe edition will be back on sale.

Which will be in about 7 days.

The regular edition is about rs1400 and on it they talk non-stop on how to do Nattuvangam. During the season it comes with a free dvd "maami's magic"

If you can't speak Tamil they sell Tamil to English DVD's along with the Nattuvangam DVD because everything on it is explained in Tamil.

the sellers themselves are unaware of this.
