Well planned and beautifully sung kucheri !!
There were few avartanas of swara exchanges in Janaranjani. Shashikiran's lalitha raga alapana was highly meditative. At "Sheetha kirana" swarams were sung !
Ganesh melodiously sang sahana ragam, followed by the subbaraya shastri krithi !
Then came up the bright saraswathi ragam shared by the brothers, and the thanam was sung with majesty and azhutham by Shashikiran.
M.A.Sundaresan has such a distinct style and makes a lasting impression in every kucheri of his....his raga essays were flowy and smooth !!
"isai vizha kalai vizha thiruvizha narada gana sabhai thanil" was the pallavi line.
Ragamalika swarams were sung in manohari and saraswati manohari, and the brothers travrsed backwards and finished with a nice korvai.
Guruvayur Dorai and E.M.Subramaniam ' s thani avardanam was just amazinggg!
I left the hall after Parukulle nalla naadu....
On the whole a very enjoyable performance !!
