Sai Karthikeya:
At the risk of sounding like a broken record, please use the 'Search' function so thoughtfully provided (it is located in the strip below the title of the forum, sandwiched between the tab for 'Rules' and 'Profile'). Searching for 'enda vELaiyum kanda vElai' I came up with http://rasikas.org/forums/viewtopic.php? ... h2009.html. The composer and lyrics can be found in post #5 of that thread - to make it easier for you, I have copied and pasted the lyrics below:

Karthikeya here goes:

Any (enda), and all time (vELaiyum) is the right time (vELaiyE) for you, muruga (kanda), to bless me. I bow down (paNindu) and worship (tozhuginrEn) you, fully understanding (uvandu) your greatness, with a heart that is tender (urugi) with love. This (idE) is the time (samayam) for you to appear (vandu) and admit me to your divine grace (ALa). My ecstasy (paravaSam) knows no bounds (miga AgudE) because my mind/heart is filled with thoughts (ninaindu ninaindu) of you (unai) at all times!
