I do not think it is in any particular Tala. It is not chatusra ekam or adi. Sometimes pallavi starts from the 6th beat (while counting as adi or 2nd beat while counting as chatusra ekam).

In such cases of film music, we should just call them "tha ka dhi mi tha ka ju nu" thalam!! I think it obeys at least that kind of a structure of 2 beats.
