I definitely do not have a good grasp of Brindavana Saranga but the limited concept I have does not seem to match with what she sings for 'bAlanenru'. Did you get to it through swara break down or through overall feel?

Thanks all. I am still dependent of raga alapana (even brief) to identify. Words trip me up especially for the 'not sure' ragas.

i got the feel first and then played the swaras to confirm.

balanenru thavi anaithen. it is n3 in the arohanam and

n2...p..m..p for

'muthamittan' in the avarohanam.
