Practice, practice and practice. You must know how to relax and dance. Where to spend energy and where to save.

Like shaks says, you have to relax the muscles that are not necessary to perform a particular movement. How to learn it is easy: perform a particular passage 100 times non-stop until you drop half-dead on the floor. When you are tired, your body cannot afford to spend the energy unnecessarily on the needless muscles.

You have to learn how to breathe in deeply whenever your lungs expand. When the lungs are squeezed, you have to exhale.

And do bhastrikas or kapala bhatis.

That's all!
