Do you understand the second line of the pallavi? I am lost...
shankha nidhi and padma nidhi are names(sanskrit) of 2 legendary treasures celebrated in our literature and culture. OVK says "even if given these 2 treasures abundantly/forcefully, so what! They are no match to kRShNa,s stealthy looks"

pallavi: irundum (even if they happen to be there)--NOT irandum which means even after death (oops!)
kuLirum--kuLirachcheyyum??
Now we come back to my old gripe! Tamizh, being a rich language has many ways of saying the same thing, in many different words. Even those of us who know the language have trouble reading from English script if
na and Na, ra and Ra and la and La are not employed in writing.
aram: saw; aRam: dharma; maram: tree maRam: valor
manam: mind, heart; maNam:aroma; vAnam: sky; vANam: fire cracker
pul: grass; puL: bird; kal: stone; kaL: intoxicating drink
and so on.
In my view, it may make things simpler and will keep us in line with the pronounciation, and above all, won't frighten away those whose mother tongue is not tamizh...

Aras. See version I posted. It is iraNDum(Both nidhis). irundum will make the next bit "valiyat tandAlenna" redundant.corrections as I see them:
pallavi: irundum (even if they happen to be there)--NOT irandum which means even after death (oops!)
kuLira. OVK as such uses a surplus of words which hardly leaves place foe addition or lengthening of words.kuLirum--kuLirachcheyyum??

I am going to attempt the translation. As I try to start, I agree with all of the experts who have found OVK deceptively simple and very difficult to understand all of the meanings he wanted to convey.
pArvai = glance
ondrE = just one
pOdumE- = is more that enough
sanga = conch
paduma = lotus
nidhi = treasure trove
iraNDum = both
valiyat = with force
tandAl = given (to me)
enna = so what
- kaLLa = mischevious(kaNNan) ||P||
The poet is saying that one mischevious glance from krishNa's eyes is worth more that the celestial treasures - shankha and padma nidhIs together - these nidhIs are supposed to acquired by pious individuals after years of penance, good works, and godly living (or by planting, nurturing and praying to a tuLasi plant)...OVK says that even if he was forcibly granted these fantastic treasures, he would value a glance from Lord krishNa more than these...
kArmugil = black clouds
pOlanna = (no clue) ARASI, HELP!!!!
kadirena = is it the sun (?)
madienna = is it the moon (?)

As I think about these lines, another explanation becomes possible:
'kArmugil pOlanna kadirenna madienna'
I think that OVK is comparing the face of krishNa adorned by dark curls to the cloud-laden sky that is illuminated by the sun as well as the moon: to his enemies he is blindingly resplendent as the sun, while to his devotees he is as 'cool' as the moon (AnDAL has used a similar analogy in the tiruppAvai).
Yet another meaning for madi is intellect - so he could be referring to the blazing intellect that was evident even in the young srI krishNa....

Without bhakthas' imagination, their million ways of seeing divinity and reveling in the joy of it, music would have remained in the form of just notes (like bird song), swaras and tanam. I am letting my imagination take command here. Anyway, something to that effect.
