Here is a general meaning.
P: Oh, my friend, tell my Lord to come to me. He is extolled by the whole world. He is the darling of his mother SivakAmi
A: At this time do not delay. Cupid (kAman) sends his darts at me and makes me miserable.
I want to enjoy his company and get his grace, sing out of my heart. My mind is experiencing a turmoil everyday. You will earn a lot of merit, please go
(and carry my message to him).
C: Please tell me. Is his heart a stone? Why does he indulge in such tricks?
1. In order to see the moon-like face (of VaLLi),
2. He came stealthily taking small steps and stumbling along the way and fell upon VaLLi
3, Is it difficult for him to climb his peacock and come to me? or does he want to disappoint me?
The earth and the sky keep whirling around me. Without sleeping I shall wait for him
4, One day he appeared in my dream. That was perhaps fated (for me)! I thought he would be merciful enough when I prayed but it did not yield a favorable result. I shall not get my youth back (once it is gone). Will my ( miserable) plight get eliminated?
(it is aRumODi not arumODi).
At this time my two arms are aching to embrace the Lord of the pazhani hill.

Radhika since you need padArtha to choreograph, here it is:

pallavi
sAmiyai vara shollaDi sakhiyE kumara bhUmi pugazhum shivakAmi magizhum bAlan

Dear friend (sakhiyE)! Please tell/ask (SollaDi) my Lord (sAmiyai), murugan (kumara), who is praised (pugazhum) by the entire world (bhUmi), and who is the son (bAlan) that pArvati (SivakAmi) delights in (magizhum) to come (vara) to me.

anupalllavi
tAmadam sheyyalAgumO idu samayam kAman kaNai toDuttu kalanga sheigirAnaDi

She nAyikA wants her friend to ask him "Is it appropriate (AgumO) to delay (tAmadam Seyyal) now, for isn’t this (idu) the right time (samayam)?"
