Are you sure this is him? I remember reading a biography of his which seemed to indicate that he was more like a Siddhar... Naked fakir with long unkempt hair and beard... Which would explain why there are not too many pics.

In my childhood days I remember to have seen a statue on the walls of Thanjavoor Punnai nallur Mariamman Temple. He was an avadhoothar.
