Can see the warmth and love that every one had for Rajam Sir on this forum. The way to move on is to feel happy that we lived at the same time as he and had the good fortune to know him and learn from him.

Thanks for posting the eulogy. There will be more said about Sri Rajam's music and painting. I would like to add that I for one admired his ability for plain speaking about musicians without sounding derogatory unlike some music critics.

Viji,
An apt tribute to your guru, indeed. No gushing, no tears of grief but of your pride of having someone as exceptional as S.Rajam for your guru.
In the right spirit, you celebrate him by sharing his way of life with us. I suppose along with music, his positive attitude has influenced you too. His no nonsense attitude and love for life and the arts is something we all be inspired by, no matter how young or old we are.
Thenpaanan also speaks of his plain speaking. In the art world, it is a rare quality. It speaks of the concern he had about CM without his being prejudiced or playing favorites, I would guess.

It is a wonderful concert. I just can't stop listening to the moving rendition of Lalitha. Does anyone know who the accompaniments are?
