To identify the mudras in pushpanjali item

Hi,

Can anybody pls. tell me what the mudras are from the time 1.48 - 2.50. Some are clear and some aren't in this pushpanjali item

mooshika: kapotham
vaahana: left mukoolam, right sikharam
modaka: left, kangulam
hasta: right, patakam
chaamara: both, ardhachandra
karna: right ardhachandram, left, dolam
vilambita sutra: left shikaram, right i cant tell but doing a skhira wouldnt be wrong
vaamana: kulichapatakam
roopa: hamsasyam, going around in ganesha hasta (which is both hands in kapitha right facing up, left down)
maheshwara: starts with anjali at forehead turning into left mrigashirsham and right tripatakam
putra: sandamsham at womb with right (which is not all correct cos ganesha is not shivas biological son)-> kulitcha patakam with both hands to denote son
vigna: patakam
vinayaka: ganesha hasta
paada namaste: patakam-> chaturam-> anjali

Can somebody tell me who is the composer of this pushpanjali. The thalam is adi and what's the ragam?
