Vid Neela Ramgopal's concert on March 25th

I understand there was a wonderful kambodhi (with a not so common composition of Mysore Vasudevacharya), a great kannada gowla, - could someone who's attended the concert post a review, pl?

Couldn't you make it to the concert? (If you were at the other concert, add your impressions too!).
I missed not listening to Neela as well. Hope someone else was there. Another forumite I know is such a fan too.

Mme Arasi - sad miss for me - but yes the other very 'ardent and knowledgeable' forumite did make it - hopefully we'd get to hear from him.
But I'm hoping to make up on April 25th - when Vid Neela Ramgopal would be singing in North Bangalore - will post the venue etc closer to the date.

A great team work, nice support from violin, mridhangam and khanjira, which can break or make a concert. Fortunately, in this case, the concert was success! As usual vidushi's concert planning is impeccable, and all manodharma portions were rendered well in right proportions. Quite a few songs are new to me, valachi, kambodhi, bagesri... whatelse one can ask for.. something new, and something to learn always...a great experience indeed...
