Uploading Pictures to Rasikas site

I know this has been discussed before. If someone could please give directions on how to upload pictures to this site, I would appreciate it.

Need more help. Some time ago someone had posted a line by line procedure on how to upload images on this site. If someone can help me find this or give instructions again, it would help.

1. Go to http://www.tinypic.com , browse and select the pic you want to upload
2. Once the pic is uploaded , It will give you an url which can be shared in public forums .
3 . Just copy and paste that link here .
